4. Monitor self plan on activity and update supervisor on mail every Friday
5. Daily update on the morning by 11.30 AM to ASM on expected business for the day

7. LTS – daily review for status updating and new leads follow up

Customer service:
1. Visit all customers with facility > 5 Lakhs
2. Customer visits of cases not converted last month to understand reasons

Staff management:
1. Ensure adequate visibility and raise any additional request upfront with ASM so that replenishment is not at the last minute
2. Make Personal Activity chart by 7th
3. Record the same with Channel and seniors
4. Freeze targets for each FOS / Channel / branches by 2nd of every month

Other Functional activities:

2. Make a list of activities on a 7th to 7th cycle for FOS
3. Where budgets are required, raise the same by 25th of previous month and take appropriate approvals
