Position: Sales Manager – Credit Cards / Merchant Acquiring
Work Location: Mumbai
Penetrating market for Credit Cards Sales or Acquisition of New Merchants
Driving quality in acquisition by ensuring required segment mix, AQB and existing cards business
Working closely with the branches and the Current Account channel within the territory to ensure maximum penetration of the current accounts
Recruitment and training of the sales force and motivating and leading them from the front
Excellent relationship management skills with peers in branches, risk and policy along with good rapport with seniors
Leverage the available databases, given from time to time
MBAs with at least 2 years experience in Sales / Relationship Management in Financial Services.
Good communication and presentation skills
Background in Credit cards/ Merchant Acquiring business preferable
